BCBA® Fieldwork Tracker – Supervision Hours Log – 5th Edition – ONE Supervisor

If you are in the process of working toward your BCBA® certification, then this product is for you! This is a digital BCBA® fieldwork tracker in which you can input all of your experience and supervision hours (aligned with 5th edition task list requirements).

The template will automatically update each time you enter an activity and number of hours, so that you no longer need to manually calculate total hours, percentages of restricted/unrestricted hours, or percentage of supervised hours!

What’s included in this Google Sheet™ tracker:

• Space to enter all required info (date, start & end time, fieldwork type, setting & supervisor name, etc.) to help you ensure you are compliant with the BACB requirements!
• An option to select “concentrated” if you are doing concentrated experiences so that your hours are automatically weighted the 1.33 value.
• Monthly total of each type (total hours, restricted vs supervised hours, etc.) calculate for you!
• As you meet each month’s requirements (e.g., 5% hours being supervised), the checkbox next to the requirement will automatically check and highlight in green.
• Please note that At least 60% of TOTAL supervised fieldwork must be spent engaged in unrestricted activities, but since this is a total (and not monthly) requirement, the monthly checkboxes will not reflect this requirement.
• A sample tab to provide you with a snapshot of what the tracker looks like with information filled in. Duplicate the BLANK tab for each new month!
• “CUMULATIVE HOURS” tab: Simply enter in your total hours at the end of each month and the numbers will update for you, counting down your hours left to go!
